Scheduling
New clients can contact Whole Integration Therapy by email or phone to set up an initial intake session or book a new intake session via the "Book a Session" button at top of each web page. This will take you to an online portal where you can schedule an appointment.
Return clients can access the Whole Integration Therapy Client Portal once services have been established. Contact emily@wholeintegrationtherapy.com for portal issues and/or resets.

60 minute session- $175

Payment is required at the end of each session and is collected before session ends. We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards.

Insurance- Whole Integration Therapy is working with several insurance panels currently and will soon be able to take insurance for specific payers. Until then, most PPOs will cover a certain percentage of services out of network. You will be provided a receipt for services (a superbill) that includes all information needed to submit a claim to your insurance company. It is not guaranteed that services provided will be covered by your specific insurance plan. For information about reimbursement rates, contact your insurance provider about your specific out-of-network benefits.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you; therefore, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. The full fee will be charged for appointments that are missed, canceled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice.
Location
Currently all sessions are conducted through telehealth (remote) services. Whole Integration Therapy will send a link to our sessions prior to session start time.
Notice of Privacy Practices
Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) is about your information, your rights, and our responsibilities. It describes how your information may be used and disclosed by Whole Integration Therapy, and how you can get access to it. Whole Integration Therapy's NPP is available upon request. For clients, a copy of the NPP will be provided as part of the intake process.
Good Faith Estimates and No Surprises Billing
This estimate applies to clients who are uninsured or who do not plan to use insurance.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. Clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate as part of their intake process.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
